I was there for a business trip and it was also my wife’s birthday. I asked one of the receptionist( Jake, AKA Jake from State Farm) at the front counter to help me out with decorating the room as a surprise for my wife. Of course I supplied the decorations, and gave a few specifics instructions. Jake assured me not to worry and that he would take care of it. While my wife and I attended to our business, He decorated the room exactly the way I requested. When we returned hours later, it was a major success, My wife was completely Surprised. That made our trip and stay very memorable! On top of that the room was very neat and clean.

Atmosphere was welcoming, helpful and everyone was friendly. The bed was comfortable, room small but with wise furniture placement/interior design so it didn’t give small vibes. Bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels. Everything was WONDERFUL! Stephen blew my mind with amazing cocktail mixes! If I had to say something poor, water pressure in shower was a tad low. I’m so pleased in everything other way I shouldn’t have listed that but it’s a honest and very pleased review. First visit to Louisville and had an amazing time, PLAN on visiting again!

Water pressure is low, but I’ve experienced worse. It’s a nitpick I’d return to this place despite.
