Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. There is a cigar shop located on the 2nd floor. A strong cigar scent may be present in the building entrance and elevator. Windows may face an alley or interior courtyard. This property is in a limited traffic zone so guests must purchase a ticket to drive in this area. The lower floors may be prone to noise. The Deluxe Suite and Superior Suite face the L train, which runs throughout the night. White noise machines are available upon request. The Studio and Two-Bedroom Apartment may have a skylight.

Molto attrezzato per chi vuole utilizzare la cucina. Bagno molto pulito, spazioso e attrezzato. Doccia molto bella. Piccolo spazio soggiorno confortevole.

Il rumore della ventola di condizionamento del palazzo è semplicemente insopportabile. La struttura fornisce dei tappi per le orecchie, per altro non indicando da nessuna parte in maniera preventiva questa problematica.

The stylish room, the facilities and equipment, the keyless security and bed comfort were great. The location to The Bean, Riverwalk, Park, Stadium and magnificent Mile was perfect. The cafes and restaurants surrounding the property were great.

The noise. The trains are right in front of the building, they are super frequent and relentlessly run all day and night. However you can somewhat disguise their noise with the hum of the AC and fans. I have posted views from the front door so that you can see how close the city, the cafes and the train track is.

"IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP... The trains scream all night long outside your window."

Unit 401 literally rattles when the trains go by. It is UNBEARABLY LOUD and makes it impossible to sleep. Do not book this place, if you can avoid it… at least not if you want to sleep — the trains run 24-7. They should seriously discount the rooms that face the street.

"No refund for free cancellation- fraud or incompetence?"

We booked a room with free cancellation for September & we cancelled our booking on 24th of June and are still waiting for a refund as of today (15th of July!). Responses to our messages looking from our refund are abrupt and not helpful at all. We are going to end up needing to report to our bank for a "charge back". I dont know if this is fraud or incompetence but do not book.

Byt byl velmi prostorný a dobře vybavený. Výborná poloha poblíž Millenium parku.

Byt leží v 5. patře a na úrovni 2. patra projíždí pravidelně vlak. Je dosti hlučný, ale v podstatě jsme jej nevnímali.
