Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. There is a cigar shop located on the 2nd floor. A strong cigar scent may be present in the building entrance and elevator. Windows may face an alley or interior courtyard. This property is in a limited traffic zone so guests must purchase a ticket to drive in this area. The lower floors may be prone to noise. The Deluxe Suite and Superior Suite face the L train, which runs throughout the night. White noise machines are available upon request. The Studio and Two-Bedroom Apartment may have a skylight.

"Show me the money!!!"

1- I booked well in advance. I needed to cancel last minute and they kept $540 or 90% of the cost. Which was fine. However within an hour I was able to reinstate . They wouldn’t do but wanted me to rebook and pay the full rental on top of the $540 I already paid. Or basically pay double for my rental I had just an hour ago. Shameful

Tall ceilings, full kitchen, quiet room (window facing courtyard). Excellent location - walk to Millennium Park, Art Institute, and more.

Tabacco smell in the hallway (tabacco shop on the premises).

"Nice apartment, but not very restful with the noise."

The two bedroom apartment was clean and tidy, with great beds and pillow. the location was great.

The apartment we had was on street frontage. The train tracks run parallel to the apartment on the street and are very frequent and VERY loud, and run through the night. The windows need some for on noise reduction on them. It was impossible to relax and watch some TV as you frequently could not hear it over the trains. On the Saturday night, loud music started at 1.30am and went until 4.30am, blasting into the bedroom. People down on the street yelled and screamed, all of which could be heard in the apartment. Sonder had provided ear plugs and white noise, but these did not help. WARNING, if you are a light sleeper, make sure you dont get the street front apartment.

I made multiple complaints to customer service through the “chat” that how you communicate with them. Wi-fi did not work, broken ice maker, broken vent in the bathroom, no TV in the bedroom. The air conditioning is a standing portable unit that extremely loud.

"Great short stay central city pad."

Amazing location, and very quiet for being on the L line! Comfortable and spacious.

Absolutely bare bones fit out. Adequate but not well set up for anything but a short (3 nights) stay. TV not set up for anything but streaming service… no free to view operational.

Please don’t bother with this place honestly it’s a hassle from the main entrance to the elevator to opening the unit door. The codes I had weren’t working so we didn’t even end up staying here and they still refuse to process the refund smh
