Everything was excellent

The property has a really great location. It is off of the main road, and far enough from the interstate to significantly reduce road noise. I did not hear any noise from our bedroom.

While the property itself is very clean, housekeeping did not do a good job of cleaning our room before we checked in. It pains me to say that because I love this hotel brand. However, when we checked in, we did not have a sheet and blanket set available for the sofa bed, which we intended to use. The plastic container that those things are usually in was still in the closet, but it was empty. I called the front desk and was coldly told that those items are kept at the check-in counter. Additionally, the mattress protector that it’s typically put onto the sofa bed was still there from the previous person who stayed in the room. While we were looking for the sheets that we also found clothing items in the dresser drawers. We also found food under the couch, empty grocery bags on the shelf in the bathroom, and an empty alcoholic beverage can under the sink. We also found dishes in the dishwasher. It’s clear that the bare minimum was done to turn this room over for our stay. We did not check in early either and the hotel was not at full capacity based on the parking lot.
