Had a great stay

We checked in. Told the desk right away that the internet was not working. Kept returning to the desk for help to fix the problem. Their customer service is the worst we have ever dealt with. No one has reached out to us. The desk girl gave us a tech support # WE had to call. WE CALLED. They were unable to help us. We asked about a different room early on…It wasn’t until 7 hours of back and forth that they reluctantly said they could move us to a smaller room. We are on a two month summer vacation with two dogs and two children…we have stayed at MARRIOTT hotels through the country. This has been the absolute worst! With such a long vacation, we depend on the internet to do work..today had been a major FAIL. Where are the managers?

The staff was super friendly! The breakfast was fantastic. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Would 100% recommend it.

We always use Marriott hotels and have often had excellent Residence Inn experiences. Unfortunately, not this time. What we liked: 1. Room was quiet. 2. TV worked well. 3. Comfortable bed. 4. Reasonable breakfast. What we didn't like: 1. After driving 9 hours we just wanted to eat in the hotel. The "Market" cooler was nearly empty, and we settled on 2 meatball hot pockets that were inedible. We had to toss them out. (we were given credit for these). I had to go to the Marriott TownePlace Suites next door to get something we could actually microwave and eat. 2. The shower was filthy. There was soap scum on the entire bottom have of the shower window and a dirty shower floor. We could not shower here. 3. The light in the area outside the bathroom didn't work. 4. The AC was difficult to control - either too much or too little. 5. The mirror in the main room was filthy and needed some Windex. 6. The outside window was so dirty that it was hard to look outside. 7. When we entered the room the dishwasher was running and we had no utensils. 8. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Residence Inn, we know you can do better than this. This was the worst of all the Residence Inns that we've stayed at. I'll try to upload some pictures that show the problems.
