This is not a 4 Star or Accor standard hotel Roller door at entry to car park came down and hit car Parking situation is dire. Can’t stop out front of hotel Staff have to run and manually open garage access Room has broken wine glass and no drinking glasses to replace was crazy. Robot didn’t work had could not deliver replacement glasses had to go to reception twice No ability to call reception No guide book in room for help Didn’t replace used extras in room - hot chocolate over 3 days. Cushions on back to front on couch clearly housekeeping is slack Noise from rooms above - moving furniture and music Breakfast is a shammozzle No specific place to enter and give room details no acknowledgment Food levels very low. ‘So as not to waste’ Eggs were grey ran out of bacon 3 days running 10-15 min to replace only 1 person on floor who managed everything. No orange juice Day 3 breakfast worst ever. We were there 25 mins and there was never eggs. Staff did not check at any stage. Only 2 juice options apple and blackcurrant Clearly not enough staff in restaurant It appears staff are under instruction to put out as little a food as possible to avoid any waste to the detriment of the 20 or so customers who were unable to have the complete breakfast that was paid for. Dinner in restaurant is hit and miss. Robot is waste of time Hard to get attention staff.

The staff were amazing and made our anniversary feel truly special from the moment we arrived. Our room had a beautiful view of the Skytower and was very comfortable overall. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location was also perfect, with everything we needed close by and easy to access.

No major complaints, just a few small details that may matter more to some guests than others. The on-site parking was convenient, although the space is quite tight and can be difficult to manoeuvre in when full. The rooms are not fully soundproof, so we could often hear doors shutting in the hallway, and noisy neighbours may become frustrating. The bathroom itself was great, although the door would not stay open and kept closing automatically. We also could not find the switch for the extractor fan, although that may have been user error on our part.
