It was a perfect few days, the hotel is beautiful, the kitchen and the pools are amazing! The stuff were also very helpful and kind, special thanks to Quayla!:)

Staff is very friendly and kind. Hotel has a convenient location in Canggu for shops and beach clubs.

Great to have to two pool options, rooms were a good size and very clean with a balcony! Staff were all so friendly and welcoming, wish our stay wasn’t so short

The hotel was nice. Good location and good facilities.

The rooftop pool was very busy. It was nice but very busy.

Good location close to nice restaurants. The day spa was excellent.

The hotel was noisy at night with dogs barking (it is a pet-friendly hotel, which I DID NOT know about). The breakfast was very average buffet, and the bar on the rooftop allowed smoking which made it unpleasent.

We booked a room for three people with breakfast included through Agoda, but we encountered serious problems when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk staff were extremely indifferent and disrespectful. Despite our reservation for three people, they claimed there was only breakfast for two and, instead of offering a solution, they constantly made things difficult for us. Additionally, we were given a single-bed room, which was not appropriate for a reservation made for three people. The staff’s behavior was far from professional; they spoke to us in a mocking tone and laughed at us. When we asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue, we were not assisted, and the night manager was not called. The quality of the breakfast was also quite poor. The pastries, in particular, were tasteless, and the variety of breakfast options was insufficient. There were also serious shortcomings regarding room cleanliness. Only superficial cleaning was performed; they merely dusted the surfaces, and the sheets were not changed regularly. Despite having a document clearly showing our reservation details, it was completely ignored. This experience seriously negatively impacted our stay. This is an establishment with significant shortcomings regarding guest satisfaction.

Location was great.

Hospitality and amenities were bad. We got a room with a filmsy, squeaky bed, made noise even when we turned sides, we were there for 2nights, told the reception if we could change the room, they said they will look into it but did not get back to us at all. On the day of check out, we returned the key to reception, we were asked to wait in sofa in lobby until they checked the room and cleared us, we kept waiting, no one came to us to tell us, “we are good to go”, after waiting there like fools, we had to go ourselves and ask, if we could leave now, they said “oh yes sir and ma’aam you can leave, we forgot to tell you” 🙄 🤦. Not coming back here.
