Personal is great

I originally booked four nights, but the stay did not match the photos at all. The property felt very outdated, with a long hallway full of doors that resembled more a hostel or even a prison (lower room category, but should still be fine in a 4 star hotel). The room and especially the bathroom were not up to a good standard and not properly cleaned. As a solo female traveler, I also felt uncomfortable when a staff member entered my room while I was asleep. There were noticeably more mosquitos than in any other place I stayed, and the rooms were very noisy, especially in the morning. When I asked to speak to a manager, it took a long time to reach someone. Although they offered another room, I preferred to leave, but they refused to refund the full amount.
