Beautiful hotel! We had an amazing time. Abel is the best and made us great drinks! I would highly recommend this resort when taking a trip to Cabo!

We had the most amazing weekend staying at the one residences in Cabo. The amenities were outstanding and the staff was so attentive and kind. Thank you Aaron, Martin, Areli, Gabriel for the hospitality!

Awesome staff, awesome hotel

Incredible views, amazing staff, and excellent food. We had a great time, and will definitely be coming back. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting the best experience in Cabo. We would definitely recommend the hotel chef, and any of the cocktails made at the bar. The guacamole is amazing, as was all of the food and drinks.

1 homes has been my favorite stay in Cabo! All of the staff was terrific and the service was amazing. From the pool staff - Brandon, Edson, and the entire team to the valet workers - Brandon, Jafeth, and Alan, we couldn’t have had a better stay. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful hotel, great location, spacious on bedroom with full kitchen. 3 pools and an excellent beach and a food truck serving consistently good lunches. Best feature is the hotel staff. Super friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful.

We had the best time with Chef Max. The service was incredible and the food was breathtaking. Having dinner at unit after a week of eating out in the was so honey thanks to our chefs and we were all highly impressed at the flavors and authenticity of our dinner!

1 Homes Preview - simply stunning. The room, the grounds, the pool, all look like the pictures. Jose and Javier at the front desk and all the guys down at the beach pool are buena onda with top-notch hospitality skills. We arrived later than expected, around 9pm, frazzled from multiple travel delays. However, all of that was forgotten as soon as we arrived - Javier was so friendly and gave us a tour of the premises. Waiting for us in the room was an extremely welcome pitcher of margarita with chips, salsa and guacamole. Here are other things we miss about our time in our 1 Homes Preview 1-bedroom ocean view suite: SPACE: The suite is huge with space to spread out. The 1-bedroom has a king bed but if you have 3 people, you can arrange to have a folding bed in the living room. The suite has a half-bath in the living room and full tub and shower in the primary bathroom. Note that the primary bathroom doesn't have its own door, so you'll have to shut the bedroom door for privacy. BALCONY: Every morning, we sat on the balcony with a frothy Nespresso, watching the sun rise and the boats coming in and out of the marina. The soaking pool was nice to have, although it is only at a warm temperature, not a hot tub. Good for a quick dip after being out in the heat. LAID BACK VIBE: We were there during Spring Break but 1 Homes is a laid-back, quiet complex. There’s no wild parties going on. (Although one of the nights we were there, I could hear the people in the room next to us laughing and talking loudly till 5 am.) POOLS: If you were at a large resort, you would have to wake up at 6 am and claim pool chairs with towels. Not at 1 Homes! We were always able to get lounge chairs at the beach pool, which is right on Medano Beach. We didn’t swim in the water, but you can. You can also walk up and down Medano Beach if you are looking for more action. FYI, there’s vendors on the beach selling hair-braiding, hats, you name it. If you’re not in a buying mood, just smile, no need to engage. There is also a residential pool with a hot tub! It’s mid-way down to the beach by the gym. There’s no poolside service, but there are tables and BBQ grills on this pool deck. Note that it’s not lit in the evening, but we had fun swimming in the dark. PICKLEBALL: We played every day. There’s 2 courts and the longest we waited for a court was maybe 10 minutes. You can borrow balls and paddles from the front desk, but hardcore players might want to bring their own. MARINA: We also walked around the marina every day, which is right outside the main gate. There are many restaurants and a mall with a supermarket. (Also lots of vendors, if you are not in the buying mood, just smile and keep on, no need to engage.) From the room’s balcony, you can hear the marina/party boat music playing in the evening, but it all seems to quiet down around 10pm. Here are things we won’t miss: NADA! We had such a fantastic stay. ¡Volveremos otra vez!

We absolutely loved our stay at 1 homes preview Cabo! It was by far one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at. It was located at the most perfect spot in Cabo. Beach front property so we could jump straight into the ocean along with having multiple pools to choose from. It was a few minute walk into town, which made it efficient to get around. 10/10 recommend this hotel if you’re wanting a luxurious / relaxing holiday! The staff was also incredibly positive and helpful which of course added to the experience. Special shout out to Brandon and Jose!
