1 Homes Preview Cabo

The facilities and the views are absolutely spectacular.But what made the trip even more memorable was the staff at one homes. From the guest services to the Golf cart drivers and especially the pool side hosts, everyone treated us so kind and went above and beyond, making our trip extra special.

Our family had a truly wonderful experience at 1Homes Cabo this past week. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning in the future. The personalized service and genuine care extended to us were exceptional and deeply appreciated. We genuinely felt at "home"—surrounded by what felt like family. Several individuals made our stay especially memorable. Brandon, Jefeth, and Alan stood out for their consistently warm, welcoming attitudes. Always happy to assist, they were a joy to be around—true gentlemen who represent the 1Homes brand with excellence. Jose and Javier also left a lasting impression. Their kindness, professionalism, and personable nature were evident every day. Their leadership and heartfelt concern for our well-being and happiness made a significant difference. They are, without question, the heart of the property. Lastly, a special thank you to your Front Office Manager, Sebastian Saldana. He handled a challenging customer service matter with exceptional poise and care. We were sincerely impressed by his calm demeanor, thoughtful approach, and ability to resolve the situation with professionalism and grace.

It’s more like a luxury apartment complex versus resort, if that makes sense? The plunge pools on balcony are a blast, you can relax in there while all of the neighbors look at you from their balconies. Maybe this is a swinger hotel and I missed the memo? I thought the previous reviews I read about peeping TOMS was a joke but now I get it. There is also a foldable accordion wall on the balcony between our unit and the neighbor. Easy access? It’s also weird you go through another hotel to get here. This seems like a great place to rent an apartment. Not ideal for a romantic getaway.

My stay at 1 Homes Cabo was nothing short of spectacular! This resort is a true gem with 5-star amenities that made every moment special. The pool was stunning, perfect for relaxing, and the gym was top-notch, equipped with everything I needed. The central location made exploring Cabo so easy, with vibrant spots just steps away. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. And the views? Absolutely breathtaking! I can’t recommend 1 Homes Cabo enough for anyone seeking luxury and convenience. I’m already planning my next visit!

The property was beautiful, and the unit charming, comfortable, and clean. The service was outstanding, especially at the front desk and pool side. The food was made with heart and was delicious along with generous pours. Groceries were easy to coordinate in advance. Ask for Baby Face at the pool, and he will take great care of you and your family. Pickelball courts were a plus and the spa services first class. We had so much fun and look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic stay. Fantastic property, lots of room in the unit, fantastic staff, great location, plenty of dining options close by. We loved our stay. So sad to leave.

Beautiful resort, convenient walkable location, great pools, service, drinks & food, wonderful 5 star staff. The rooms and views are spacious & stunning. Day spa is amazing. Would recommend to anyone, especially discerning travelers!

Awesome place, amenities and service. We had a great service from Alan and concierge. Warm big pool, perfect gym with functional training room, tennis and even golf. One more nice quiet pool by the building and two more big ones by Hasienda. Beautiful tasty restaurants, coffee shop, and bar. Unbelievable views and very comfortable apartment.
