The rates are only valid for FIT reservations maximum 1 to 5 rooms can be booked, 6 rooms and above shall be considered as group and hotel group policy shall be applicable. You may contact the hotel directly for the group reservations. In case the bulk rooms are blocked hotels reserves the rights to cancel the booking without any intimation. Please note that the swimming pool will be unavailable from the 12th-16th June due to maintenance, we apologize for the inconvenience. No Discount or Credit to be applicable on 24th -25th December and 31st December on Food and Beverage Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The property was well maintained.

I had booked the stay for 2 days but unfortunately had to cut it short due to emergency. It was booked through booking.com. When i asked the hotel that the dates were changed and it had to be billed accordingly they refused saying that there has been no “mails” from booking.com stating the change so they cannot do the same. I shared/ showed them the email sent by booking.com where it was mentioned the hotel would be doing the needful but despite so the staff at the front desk refused and went on arguing stating policies. I checked out on 22nd morning at 9am. I was charged for two days while i stayed only for one night !!

It was an amazing experience; everything exceeded our expectations. The food was sumptuous and buffet spread was fantastic. Hospitality was incredible. The staff was really kind. Special thanks to Nandini, Rohit, chef Mayank, Aditya for making our stay even more amazing. Overall, we really liked it.
