The Leela Gandhinagar

To be honest, not worth a 5 star rating. Very nominal options, food repetitions for breakfast, pool dirty with bird poops all around, Room very poor. The bathroom basin had all open wires under neath it which was very risky. The room table was full of dirt underneath. Cleaning was not proper, wires were open. Pillow and mattress was not comfortable at all. Over all not a good stay. It was just that we were too busy with our schedules so did not bother the staff or else it would have been a tough time for them. Needs a lot of improvement to have 5 star stay. We have to again come down in last week of June but now we prefer not to continue though our nearest hotel would have been Leela. Sorry, but disappointing stay.

The room, cushions, un-covered wires, dust, pillow, food, Pool, the cooling effect, not enough space for luggage. Overall not to be rated as 5 star. As services were equivalent to 3 star. Disappointing.

Went here for the staycation the hospitality is top notch, the staff is super polite, they have helped us to nevigate few things, Nikita and Yashika this both girls guided us really well although whole staff was very helpful the food was top notch too

The experience here at citrus Junction Was extraordinary! We are frequently visiting Leela Gandhinagar and food , service , staff , ambience all is Just wao ! Staff named Banti , Rohit and Sneha are very generous and Helping .. Must Visit and have first hand experience yourself … the best part is chef makes so tasteful eggless desserts 🙂❤️

The Best stay ever!. The staff is excellent with outstanding hospitality, Regular round the clock cleaning of rooms and delicious food. The View from the property is outstanding. The most courteous and understanding staff always present for your help

We really loved the services and the accommodations at The Leela Gandhinagar. Maya thapa has always helped us and worked so hard infact other staffs were friendly and supportive

Fantastic staff. Would like to point out Nikita who went beyond her job role and helped us through her phone to book a cab. I found this very satisfying, and additionally she did take time to talk.

We have enjoyed our stay in Leela. Will surely recommend my family & friends to have wonderful experience at this place.House keeping girls Supriya & Mosu are exceptionally very helpful. They are Gem in your hotel. Workers like them adds extra marks for guests.
