We had a wonderful dining experience at The Leela Gandhinagar. The food was amazing and absolutely delicious. A special thanks to our servers, Banti and Prabhakar, who were extremely polite, respectful, and attentive throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality and great service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the excellent service!

Hotel is well managed by The Leela group. We have organised ASAMICON 2026 which is a national level orthopedic conference for 3 days. Seamless check-in and Hospitality of the team is incredible. Mehul Gadhvi and Nikita Rathore were very helpful. I would like to thank to Shanu, Prajikta, Anshul and many other staff are very well trained and polite. Last but not the least, Abhishek Roy is an amazing chef. Our all the breakfast, lunch & dinner were so authentic. Wonderful Team Leela Thank you for your Hospitality

The check-in experience was disappointing and unnecessarily unpleasant. The reception staff came across as condescending and dismissive throughout the interaction. At check-in, I was asked to make the full payment in advance. I requested an invoice for the payment, but was told that the invoice could only be generated after check-out. I then suggested that I should be allowed to pay at check-out instead, but this was refused. When I explained that I had to leave early the next morning and wanted to avoid delays during check-out, another male staff member at reception laughed in a mocking manner, as if my concern was unreasonable. To make matters worse, the guest he was attending also started confronting me, even though the matter had nothing to do with him. The staff should have handled the situation professionally and prevented unnecessary interference from another guest. Most hotels either do not insist on full payment at check-in, or if they do, they are able to provide an invoice or receipt immediately. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. What made the experience even more frustrating was that the next morning, invoice generation took more than an hour — exactly the delay I had tried to avoid by raising the issue in advance. Overall, this was a very poor front-desk experience and could have been handled with far more professionalism and courtesy.

We came for our birthday dinner and the service was very quick and staff really takes care of you. The food was really nice with lots of variety. Also they specially arranged a cake for my birthday which was such a nice gesture and nice surprise.

We celebrate our wedding anniversary today with the Leela team and staff is so cooperative specially Ms banti Nd Mr Rohit & Anuj . Food is so delicious . We enjoyed alot specially our children.
