Hilton San Jose La Sabana

Tolles Zimmer mit Blick aufs Stadion. Die Angestellten waren höflich und zuvorkommend. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool und das Fitnessstudio gefallen.

Staff has issues communicating in English.

My friend and I went in March 2026, we stayed for 6 days. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Especially since most of the staff spoke and understood English. The taxi service was very convenient and quick for whenever we wanted to go anywhere. The hotel has free wifi for guests. Rooms were clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Would highly recommend visiting whenever in san jose.

Located opposite the national stadium - with some very advantageous views over the stadium from some rooms - but requiring a taxi ride to the downtown area. Our room on 22nd floor had far reaching mountain views. It was modern and spacious but poorly designed in that the room was larger than average but they only managed to include a small glass-fronted cubicle for the toilet and shower in the open planned arrangement. Given the size of the room, they could have easily included a large enclosed bathroom. The coffee machine was the only 'luxury'. There were no slippers or robes. The slippers would have been useful as the tiled floor was very cold to walk on. There's a tiny and very uninviting Executive Lounge adjacent to the bar on the same floor as reception. It's a very strange set-up but they do serve complimentary canapés and alcoholic drinks from 18:00-20:00. Breakfast was served in main restaurant also on 18th floor and was a fairly average buffet with cooked-to-order omelette or Mexican dishes also available. On the top floor, there was a nice indoor pool and gym with some outstanding views of the stadium and beyond. This was probably the best feature of the hotel. In hindsight, we would have preferred something closer to downtown as there is very little to do within walking distance of the hotel.

La comida super rica y calidad de personas las que estaban a la hora del desayuno atendiendo. El shampoo y acondicionador que tienen en los baños súper delicioso y deja muy lindo el cabello.
