Kein wasserkocher für tee … sehr hellhörig zimmer zum stadion am wochenende ziemlich laut trotz 21 stock. Sehr teures essen und frühstück Brot Auswahl nicht zufriedenstellend

Staff nice, breakfast very good. Room was good with great views. However the pool was filthy with algae growing around the edges, shower didn’t work at the pool and no changing rooms. I suppose you ride the lifts dripping wet. The bar was ridiculously expensive.

"Excellent hotel in the heart of San Jose"

We have just arrived to the Hilton La Sábana Hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica. It is beautiful here, and the location is great. Our dining experience has been fabulous. Our server Ronald treated us warmly, and even brought blankets out for the kids. We highly recommend this place for your San Jose stay.

"Jan Hilton CR"

Hot tub in pool was cold - also the executive lounge was an ice box and much smaller than the precious location. I am here for work so I could not even sit down there and was told I could not finish my drink in my room. You need a bigger lounge if you want to do this. Also for business travelers like myself I am here to work so it makes no sense I can not bring a drink to my room
