The air conditioning is too bad and it looks not a problem in a room but in hotel rooms as the staff was not surprised with our complaint and offer us a portable fan. Also the bed cover was not clean, but the house keeping responded quickly and changed the bed sheets the cover. We also noticed that some of the cutlery provided at breakfast was not properly cleaned. Overall, the hotel needs better quality control and supervision of its laundry and housekeeping services to ensure a higher standard of cleanliness.
