The rooms are very worn (stains on the walls, scratches, etc.). They could at least do some cosmetic repairs from time to time. The personnel almost don't speak English.

Kein TV-Gerät und kein Internet zu empfangen. Dazu desaströses Krisenmanagement an der Rezeption. Sollte anderes Zimmer mit ewig langen Laufwegen am Ende des Flures im anderen Stock bekommen, aber auch dort kein TV, kein Internet - und das an beiden Tagen trotz Fußball-WM! Hat mich über anderthalb Stunden an Zeit gekostet. Vergrößerungsspiegel im Zimmer auch defekt: Uneinstellbar!

The aircondition was not working, went to front and asked if they could fix the AC, there response they couldn’t do anything about it, he recomendex to open the window that I might help cool the room. They would try to fixed later during the day, left for dinner and concert came back to the same heat and no AC
DEAlles in allem ein ganz nettes Hotel
Rezeptionistin am Ankunftstag war an Unlust nicht zu überbieten. Generell schienen Fragen für die Mitarbeiter eher lästig zu sein... Lage doch etwas fern vom Schuss, wenn auch Bahnhofsnah. Frühstück nach 2 Tagen etwas langweilig, da kein bisschen abwechslungsreich, aber doch gut. Betten sehr hart und Zimmer eher spartanisch eingerichtet, einen Schrank könnte man schon ab und an gebrauchen... Restaurants in sehr weiter Entfernung, Essen im Hotel an der Bar am Abend eher schlicht und nicht allzu prickelnd.
