Located near Tokyo Disneyland, this accommodation offers excellent value for money. It features four beds, making it ideal for family trips. (Please note that according to Japanese customs, there is an additional charge for each extra person, which may differ from practices in other countries. Despite this, it remains very cost-effective.) Just a few hundred meters away, there is a shuttle bus directly to Tokyo Disneyland, costing between 170 to 190 yen per person, which is very convenient.

The check-in process through the app is not very user-friendly; the facial recognition feature is not very accurate, which took quite a bit of time.

An unbeatable deal, especially if you’re planning on going to Tokyo Disneyland. Even if you aren’t, the property is 40 minutes away by train from most areas in Tokyo, which is a pretty reasonable commute for the price that you’re getting. The apartment itself was massive by Tokyo standards and my friend and I had more than enough space to move about! We stayed for a month and there were just enough amenities to last us the entire month!

Wi-Fi, especially towards the end of our stay, took a huge nose dive and was unusable at some points

It's near to two bus stops that are close to Disneyland, so if you're going there you have two options, which is nice! The shopping options near are neat too.

The trash rules were kinda strict, so I just throw everything away at Disneyland

Online check in didn’t work for us. But we did manage to make contact with someone who spoke English so we could by pass that step and get into our room.
