"No lift"

Nice apartment, good size

Beware no lift, we had to carry our pram and heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs. Also check in is very cumbersome.

we had no notification that we would have to negotiate a locked box to get a code to enter our apartment. At the end of a long day, presenting passports etc was a trial and we were very uncertain what to do. We were extremely worried that we would not be able to get in and the property was poorly signed. Had I not been with my tech savvy daughter I would have been unable to enter. Very poor performance on the part of booking.com

"Great location for Disney. Comfortable beds."

Close to bus stop to Disney. Only 25 mins away on bus. Very comfortable beds and shampoo etc available.

Check in a bit confusing because they didn’t email me beforehand. You open the box and enter your booking code. Do your online check in before hand so you don’t have to spend ages doing this outside the appartments.

"It was nice and clean. Loved the way the staff take care of the place."

It was clean and close to the bus station. 7-eleven is a walking distance as well. The place had plenty space for the kids to walk and feel free. The set-up felt really homely.

It was hard to find on the map when we tried to get directions. It was hard to understand how to log into the site for the key to get into the place.
