Nice room, clean, modern. Very close to knepp estate which we were visiting. Comfortable bed and great bathroom. The room was a bit small, but fine for one night. We liked the attempt to use totally non plastic items in the breakfast hamper and in the room generally. We didn't actually meet any staff in person, but their emails were perfectly polite, and helpful. The village is extremely quiet, particularly at night.

Very poor soundproofing between rooms. We were woken up by our next door neighbour coming in late at night - not particularly loudly, and when they got into their room we could hear everything they did. Lucky for us that they were quiet and didn't stick their TV on or snore or anything else more personal! Made us v grateful that we were only there one night, and when the pub downstairs was closed. Not great in recently renovated rooms. I'm a light sleeper, so it bothered me, but others might not mind it.

Comfortable, self contained accommodation very close to the Knepp estate. The pub has a limited menu but the food is very good and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The only drawback is that it’s very close to a busy road so you get road noise most of the time.

Very quiet. Really handy for an evening visit to Knepp. Breakfast came in a hamper left outside our bedroom door so we could enjoy breakfast in bed!! Had ev charger. The pub shut up at 10pm and did not open until 12 midday so was really peaceful.

Ideally positioned for a visit to the Knepp rewilding project. Nice breakfast delivered in a hamper the evening before. Efficient administration.

It is a joke to get a breakfast in a hamper and not down in the common rooms. My bedroom was so small that I hardly was able to store my suitcase - and then breakfast in a too big hamper with not too much in? Had to take it on my bed because of lack of space. On top the bread was from the evening before and dry. Not to recommend at all!
