"Weekend stay"

Hotel is well positioned in front of the cathedral and 50y from the riverwalk. Staff is nice. Rooms are comfortable. Windows aren’t exactly sound proof and it’s a busy city. Still slept quite well. Breakfast is pretty good. Kalynda took very good care of us.

"Disappointing. Wouldn’t go back"

Would not go back. Staff rude and unprofessional. This was my first time staying here. I had been to the rooftop bar on prior visits to San Antonio and had a positive impression of the hotel. What can I say about the hotel- the location is fine. It’s clean. With the exception of the lovely woman overseeing breakfast, every interaction with the staff was unpleasant and lacked professionalism. Front desk staff was downright rude. The only thing worth returning to is the rooftop bar. The rest of the hotel is unremarkable at best
