AC Hotel by Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk

Kaneisha and the valet team at AC Hotel San Antonio provided first class service during our stay. Always attentive and fast when retrieving our vehicle each time we requested it. They really go out of their way to ensure the customers satisfaction.

Since arriving to the hotel, staff immediately greeted me and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. The selections of the bar and food provided at the hotel left me with even trying new types. Best of all, the location was convenient as I felt as if I were in the middle of everything. I would highly recommend going if possible.

Great location, friendly and amazing staff. The whole entire hotel was clean. Our room 1803 was comfortable, clean and had an amazing view. Breakfast was good and and a big shout out to Ms. Sarai she was so attentive and went beyond with her service just amazing. The supervisor that checked us in on 04/04/2026 around 9/10p.m she went beyond expectations. Everything was great and will definitely come back. Also a big shout out to the room service lady she was so kind and friendly and also went beyond expectations and got me what I needed that morning around 11:30/12:00 on 04/05/2026 on the 18th floor. Big shout out to Ms. Sarai breakfast service, the supervisor who checked us in and the room service lady thank you all for everything. The only bad thing is that for two nights we paid $225 for two nights and that was for three vehicles because my husband met us at the hotel. And I personally think that the parking should be free to the guest and or covered by the hotel.

I’m a Marriott Loyalist Platinum elite member who knows brand standards. Pros: great location, friendly valet staff, pedestrian friendly area, comfortable bed and pillows, give plenty of mini water bottles, Cons: staff doesn’t understand platinum benefits, small rooms, mix of thin towels, handheld shower pressure is weak but rain is strong, didn’t receive upgrade and the breakfast option was cold food only (hot menu had surcharge for Bonvoy benefit). I have stayed at a number of Marriotts over the last six months and it seems like the complementary breakfast is dwindling across multiple brands. Marriott needs to recognize the breakfast and make the elite status worth our while or reduce the number of elite nights. Stop selling your members on a loyalty that has no real benefit. Service: Chris (day time front desk) was the only staff member I ran into that was kind, friendly, and helpful. He is the Marriott Gold standard. Also, he acknowledged my loyalty and provided a fast charging brick. The rest of the staff act like blind sheep. Overall, I will stay somewhere else considering their rates are comparable.

Juan is the best valet that we have ever met. Always has a smile on his face and is very hospitable.

We came for a Nebraska high school band trip. The hotel experience was absolutely amazing!! The rooms where absolutely spotless. The breakfast was the best we have ever had. I absolutely loved that every morning there was gluten-free things to eat. The morning staff was amazing!! Seth absolutely went out of his way!! We had such a great experience!!

Lizabeth was the best - so helpful and attentive.
