Mountain view Rooms were big and clean (we had the family room and another king room) Breakfast was very good Very helpful staff - they accommodated a last minute request for a car and the rate was very reasonable

Traffic noise Steep climb/access to the property Other than breakfast the food was average It was a pricey stay

It is fabulous property to get a beautiful view of the mountains early in the morning

They should add a few more options for the breakfast

The owner - Mrs Anadi was extremely professional and polite. She handled our stay in a very warm manner. The family suite is extremely spacious. Bathrooms are clean and well equipped. Food is excellent - tasty at the same time not spicy or unfit for hectic travel ( tho it might be on the expensive side). Kanchenjunga peak is visible. The location is really nice

The food was good and staff was very friendly. The rooms were very big and had lot of light.

Did not have breakfast buffet everyday and a la carte orders took a long time. The property is situated far from the mall and shopping places so it was inconvenient to take taxi etc. every time. I had expected outside sitting area like a lawn and swimming pool etc., which the property did not have. I was charged an extra 500 Rs. for the heater, which I felt was not needed as it could have been included in the price that we were paying. I was expecting a british style resort but it was just a modern hotel and not a bungalow style hotel.

Beautiful property with very decent staff caring for the guests with individual attention. The only downside is that it's not easy to get in and out without a conveyance due to it being uphill steeply.
