Zimmer war schön und sauber

Personal am Empfang. Weit weg von Kundenorientiet. Die Dame schien auch genervt zu sein. Wenn dies der erste Eindruck ist, was man erhält. Führt dies zu einem negativen Gefühl von Beginn an.

"Rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt in St. Gallen."

Tolle Lage für zur TKB Eventhalle. Beim Frühstück stand ein grosses Angebot bereit und das Buffet wurde gut betreut mit auffüllen und war immer sauber.

Im Bad hat gerade ein Spot geleuchtet (drei vorhanden). Wir haben dies beim Auschecken mitgeteilt.

Super badkamer, zeer goede bedden, goed ontbijt!

Slecht openbaar parkeren, wel in de parkeer kelder voor veel geld. 'S avonds kan alleen wat consumpties besteld worden, er valt niets te eten.
