Gute Lage

Der Aufenthalt selbst war in Ordnung, leider hinterließ das Personal einen sehr unerfreulichen Eindruck. Bereits beim ersten Kontakt hatte man das Gefühl, eher zu stören als willkommen zu sein. Hilfsbereitschaft oder Eigeninitiative waren kaum erkennbar – stattdessen musste man dem Personal zunächst erklären, was eigentlich zu tun wäre, damit überhaupt Bewegung in die Sache kam. Ein freundlicher Umgang mit Gästen scheint hier eher optional zu sein. Schade, denn mit etwas mehr Professionalität und Serviceorientierung könnte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein.

Perfekte Lage, Zimmer genau richtig. Martina an der Rezeption einfach eine Perle die ihren Job versteht und liebt, was man sofort merkt

Frühstücksbuffet ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Rührei kalt, Würstchen ebenso. Auf Nachfrage wurde man etwas überheblich angewiesen.
