Πολύ καθαρό κατάλυμα με ευγενικό προσωπικό. Ωραίο πρωινό με μεγάλη ποικιλία για μικρούς και μεγάλους

Το δωμάτιο μύριζε μούχλα, ειδικά ο κάτω όροφος ( δυστυχώς) . Καλό είναι να υπάρχει εξαερισμός.

Our stay was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a better room, which was absolutely amazing. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The staff were always helpful and welcoming. The hotel has so many pools, including a dedicated one for children, which is perfect for families. The breakfast and dinner options were wide and delicious, and the views from both the rooms and the dining area were simply stunning. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay!

Parking spots were a bit limited

The hotel is located about 5-10 minute walk to the beach with a bunch of restaurants around as well as a ton of pools. Breakfast was excellent! Would stay here again.

No nos gustó que íbamos con niño, carrito y nos pusieron en la habitación arriba del todo, donde no llega el ascensor( porque solo hay 2), era bastante incómodo para subir y bajar, consultamos la disponibilidad para que nos cambiaran y nos dijeron que estaba el hotel lleno y que no había disponibilidad. Por otro lado esas habitaciones (las más antiguas porque hay otras renovadas) tienen cristal en la puerta de entrada, justo ahí está el sofá cama donde dormía nuestro hijo, a las 6 de la mañana no se podía dormir de la luz que entraba, en las renovadas, la puerta no tenía cristalera. Por último, no nos parece que la piscina splash infantil abra su horario por la tarde a las 18 de la tarde hasta las 20 si no recuerdo mal, ese no es un horario infantil. Era un horario demasiado reducido y poco pudo disfrutar de la misma.

The hotel is set on a hillside with lovely views and has spacious apartments, multiple pools, and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The on-site restaurant is a big plus, serving a great and varied breakfast, and you also have the option to enjoy lunch and dinner for a small additional fee. The location is convenient too, just a short walk downhill to the beach, restaurants, and shops of Agia Marina. Overall, a great base for a holiday in Crete.

If you’re traveling as a couple looking for something quieter, the number of families with children might feel a bit overwhelming at times.
