was t entirely clean, towels were dirty, huge cobwebs having from walls, sheets weren’t clean, needed a good hover, found food under the sofa

Good location for the session I was attending. Room was pretty.

Whilst the room was very pretty to look at, it wasn't very practical. The furniture was so large and heavy, it was hard to walk around things. The mirrors were all so high and fair away. The room could benefit from a full length mirror and an extendable makeup mirror in the bathroom (it was really hard to put my contact lenses in, as the main mirror in the bathroom was 2 feet away from the sink, fogged up after a shower, very high up, and I'm only short!)

Lovely apartment, in an excellent location. Hosts were great, communication was easy. Provided great service.

A little noisy- particularly the first morning.

Great size, great kitchen amenities. Very clean. Was nice and warm. Handy private parking. Ease of checking in/out.

The most important thing on a stay is your sleep and unfortunately the bed needs replaced. The mattress was good but the 2 divans pushed up together are sunken into dips and creaky and painful! Small forgivable issues are: We were given only 1 toilet roll which ran out, no tissues in tissue holder, no kitchen roll left on tube so either replace it or remove it. The microwave has no plug point so we had move it across kitchen to where the kettle is to use it. There are no useful plug points especially for the iron except under the tv. The wires from tv hang down in front of the mirror. Nicely decorated until you look closer and see stains, splashes, scuffs on walls. Floor coming away at doorways. Just needs a little freshen up and will look great.

Beautiful apartment. Spacious & well equipped. Excellent location in walking distance into Leeds City Centre. Free parking at the property.
