Such a nice property, has all the facilities you need and in a central location only 5 mins walk from the city centre

Nothing it was perfect

I liked how it was presented in the description and photos on the website as a contemporary, luxury, heritage apartment.

When I opened the front door I was hit by a smell of mold which got stronger and more definite when I entered the apartment itself. When I went to open the windows to air out I saw that the sofas and chairs were covered with mold. At a further glance more or less everything was dirty except the bed.

The apartment was spectacular, decor suited the building and absolutely loved it couldn't recommend it highly enough

If I had to find any fault and this is being really picky could do with some larger glasses and some tea spoons but as said that's being really picky otherwise it was spot on and will definitely return

Perfect location for millennium square, nice room, good off road individual parking bays.

I ordered an Amazon parcel to be delivered to the apartment on Wednesday 28th June. Amazon confirmed it had been delivered before we arrived. When we arrived there was no sign of the parcel. We spoke to a member of the cleaning staff on Thurs 29th and she confirmed the parcel had been received and left inside the porch however it was not there when we arrived literally a few hours later. It did not turn up before we left on the Friday. Not really nice to think that another guest or member of staff has taken this. My name and apartment name was clearly on the parcel.
