Very nice apartment located near Leeds centre

Communication was excellent, code for the door and all necessary check in/out info supplied well ahead of time. The location is fantastic - just a 10-15 min walk and you are right in the heart of the city. The apartment was spacious and well laid out, and had all the basic facilities you need for a weekend away. Using the lock box to pick up the keycard was super easy. Shower was hot and powerful. We noticed some noise from the road outside but we soon got used to it, and it was quiet considering the proximity to the city centre. Overall it was a pleasant stay, good value for compared to other places we've stayed in Leeds, and we would consider staying again.

The bed squeaked horribly every time we moved, it almost felt like maybe some of the supports underneath had come loose? On the surface the apartment seemed very clean, but when we went to access the plug sockets beside the bed it was obvious that under and behind the bed hadn't been cleaned for a long time, lots of cobwebs and dust. The bedsheets also had a couple of small stains, looked like pen ink or something? And a couple of the plates were chipped. Our main issue was parking - we arrived late in the evening to find another guest had parked in the space reserved for our apartment. When we rang up the housekeeper was apologetic and said they would endeavour to find out who the car belonged to, and suggested we park further down where we effectively had to block someone in or risk blocking the entire access road. The other car stayed in our space all weekend, so either they didn't manage to work out who it belonged to or the person was unwilling to move it. Obviously it isn't the fault of the management that someone was so inconsiderate and parked in the wrong place, but given parking is so tight perhaps they should ask guests to provide the registration number of the car they will be arriving in so they have better oversight who is parking on site? We've been asked to do this at other properties where parking is limited.

Very clean, good location excellent value for money

It was a 10 minute walk into the city centre. If you did not want to eat out the kitchen area was equipped with everything you needed to make a meal.

On arrival there was a member of staff, if we had any issues we contacted someone by phone. The plastic shelf on the fridge door where you stand milk one side is broken and looks like it has been for a while needs replacing as when you open the door it comes away from the door. There were no extra toilet rolls to access or extra blankets provided as even with the radiators on it was cold at night this time of year. One night there was a strong smell of drugs being smoked either in the building or in very close proximity to our room which was a bit concerning.

The finish of the place was excellent, the fixtures and fittings were quality and you could tell a lot of thought and love went into everything. The location was superb too. The bed was huge and both of us slept so well!

Nice looking apartment and handy location

A hand towel covered in holes, the shelf on the door of the fridge was hanging off, and a chipped bowl. But the worst thing was the noise. Monday and Tuesday, we were woken with the noise of the cleaners from 9 am. This was meant to be a relaxing couple of days with the hope of a lie in, no such chance with the noise the staff made. Then when we thought it could not get worse we were woken at 7 am on Wednesday morning with the sound of 2 young males sitting on the wall outside the window smoking and shouting at each other, we asked them to be quieter and got the middle finger and swore at, they then became even louder. The apartment was very cold when we arrived on Sunday, but we adjusted the dial on the heaters. Only 1 and an eighth of a toilet roll for 2 people for 3 nights was poor.

The building was full of character. The apartment was well decorated and had some lovely elements to it (decor). Comfortable and since there were not many people staying in the building - it was mostly quiet. Loved my state.

Noise from the people who came to clean the apartments - my apartment was near the front door and the conversations and banging doors was very loud and echoed in the hallway. This disturbed my sleep.

Excellent apartment with parking, a short walk into Leeds Center and right next to the uni. Well furnished with comfortable super king bed.
