Great location

Parking is a little pricey, but not uncommon with Atlanta, but would be nice for the price of your room If you got complementary parking. Our room was loud from surrounding city noise despite being on the 10th floor. Would have liked to have had blackout shades or curtains that could have been pulled to help with noise buffering and keep the light out to make it better for sleeping. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean.

I have stayed here no less than 10 times in an 18month period and every time has been amazing. From the valets that somehow know my name ever time even though I pull up in a different rental, to the front desk that goes above and beyond to make sure you feel appreciated for choosing their location. Not to be left out, the bartenders at the restaurant in the building and the adjacent Office bar across the walk way.

The hotel is comfortable and brand new and the restaurants serve tasty food. The pool area is nice but packed and blasts loud music. There were not enough chairs for guests and cabanas are rented by people not staying at the hotel. Do not go here for the pool - you will be disappointed.

First day spent the afternoon lounging by the pool and I must say Nate is absolutely amazing! So attentive, humble and friendly! He made our day. The property is spotless. The staff is knowledgeable about the area which helped us a lot since it was our first time in Atlanta. Would return in a heartbeat!!

Dissatisfied with the billing practices. Charges for valet that were removed. Also the minibar charges were errant and had to be fixed. Overpriced but in a good location

Facility and pool where great

Ok , well the staff and training on service on the culinary side needs to be fixed on the main floor restaurant and pool. We have been here a few times and they can't seem to fix the main floor at all. Dinner and breakfast is just really bad. I would recommend bringing in a restauranteur that understands food quality and service. It's really bad. The roof top food is better but the staff lacks the ability to understand English and they need service training. I mean if this is the case daily and weekly, this place loses thousands a week because service and training on the F &B side isn't good. The other issue is I notice that they basically use the same staff for pool and main floor. The issue is poor training just follows. Not a good idea. Need to hire now.
