My stay was simply awesome…

Wanted to give 5 stars. Location and suite were superlative. Easy walk to restaurants and Whole Foods. The restaurant unfortunately charges $6 for toast to go with an omelet AND an automatic gratuity for a party of one. Not cool. The suite had the usual modern vibe that other Autograph properties exhibit. The only drawback is the bathroom. Ordinarily for a large suite I’d expect a half bath upon entering the room and a full bath connected to the bedroom. In this case there’s only one full bath that’s located on the opposite side of the suite from the bedroom. Shower head had a defect where water sprayed on the wall. Blackout curtains worked well.

Clean. Modern. Sufficiently staffed; competent and pleasant front desk team. Very good housekeeping crew. And fair value… except for parking. BAD? Shame on you for not informing us that there was no dining / bar facilities open on Sundays, the day we arrived. And it can’t be that hard to figure out how to text or email us….

See above. Parking fee was outrageous. And poor management inaction to not tell us about Sunday “no dining” option.

Location proximity to purpose of visit

No communication with Booking… I was told the room type I paid for did NOT exist. Paid upfront for breakfast and was told there was no record of my confirmation… billed for meal. Yet a confirmation for my stay… ???

Wonderful service and atmosphere with attention to the smallest details!! Very walkable area. Rooms were well appointed and the pool area is beautiful.

I like the onsite bar and restaurants. The rooftop pool is nice as well

Great location, super comfy, relaxing lobby area, attentive and friendly staff - and parking on site. Walkable to several nice restaurants as well, and the restaurant food at hotel was delicious.

Booked several rooms for a business stay. The staff was by far the best part of this hotel. We had some unique needs that we needed assistance with like parking specialty vehicles. The valet staff- Kendrick and Nick, along with Nicki, the front desk supervisor, were more than accommodating and helpful. Nicki went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of throughout our entire stay, from check-in to check-out. The personable level of hospitality and service from Nicki was top-notch. As for the rooms, overall clean and nice. The beds however, were very firm and uncomfortable. No one in our group was able to sleep well. There was also a weird clanging sound in the air vent/ HVAC that went off every 15 min or so. Water pressure in shower low. But if you're ok with all of that, this is a great location and you'll be greeted by a wonderful staff.
