My husband I stayed one night. He is Titanium Elite so we got upgraded to a suite. We did have to ask for the upgrade tho, which for his level it is usually done automatically. The suite is a separate bedroom and living room space but they are not completely walled off. But it was beautifully decorated, 2 TVs, full bar for purchase in room (small, not mini but small bottles of liquor) and snacks. No free parking even for Titanium Elite but there is self parking steps away. The bartender, I think his name was Peter, was great! We sat and talked to him for hours, he’s also a flight attendant. And then 2 gentleman also staying at hotel joined in the conversation. We had more fun doing that than going to Ponce Market. We used our welcome gift to have breakfast which would have been $20 a person for the buffet. It was fine. All the usual breakfast items. We

The hotel staff were warm and welcoming. However, it had an underlying smell I picked up on--water/ sewage?? Maybe should pipe in some aromatherapy. They did not advertise their NY Eve Chef's tasting (Epicurean)--so we ended up going elsewhere, when we could had stayed on the premises. In addition, I informed them that we were celebrating a major wedding anniversary--they asked. Then this was not even acknowledged. Weird artwork in the bathroom? A woman eating out of a dessert bowl? Really could be better for 450. per night.

One of the more unique (in a good way) hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Good mid-town location. Excellent amenities in lobby and within my room. Bed was very comfortable (not normal for a Marriott property) and the bathroom was spacious. This was the first of many stays here in the future as I definitely will be back!

We stayed here on a complementary visit as Marriott titanium members and were upgraded as expected. While the room and property were nice, we had issues with the service and staff. We were given breakfast chits and were told that the chits could fly towards room service, and that we could simply bring them down when checking out for credit. Upon checkout, we presented the chits and were told that they could not be applied towards the bill for room service and that we’d be given double bonus points instead. In the end, these never arrived either - so we missed out on $80 in chits and 4000 bonus points. Our final bill that was emailed to us also had listed higher prices for minibar items than what were listed on the minibar. Overall, the stay was a ripoff. I would recommend other Marriott elite members avoid this particular hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great. Why are there no drawers in the rooms?!?

We took a snack from the snack bar in the room- price said $ 8.00…but on the bill it was charged for $13.02. When front desk could nor explain the difference. After much ado, they credited the amount. Be aware of WRONG billing and charges.
