Kitchen was excellent with high quality equipment. Bed linen was high quality. Nice lounge area with TV and soundbar with free access to streaming was great. Gas heater was very good. Laundry facilities were excellent.

No aircon in downstairs bedroom.

Sails was a great location. We arrived late in the day, check in was very easy and the house was presented very well - everything was neat, clean and comfortable. The location itself is very quiet and peaceful, while still close to town (short drive) for an easy and nice dinner. We were out of the property early the following day, though would have been happy to have a more relaxed stay in the house and location. Sails was great and Port Fairy's a terrific spot!

The house is clean and spacious, plenty of space to park as it’s a big land and private

The only negative I have is that the door code wasn’t sent to me (this time) and I had to call up. I have booked this house afew times now and we love it 100% booking again
