The location was great, right in the center of the village. It was very simple, more of a hostel than a hotel, but very clean.

The shower had no curtain and due to the roof, was impossible to stand in. It was very difficult to shower.

The room is just perfect. The updated bathroom is nice. The room is cleaned every day.

The rooms are between the elevator. So not matter which room you would have to carry up or down.

The location was great. It’s a modest Swiss Chalet with sweet balconies. There is an elevator to half floors, which helps with carrying luggage. All appeared to be newly remodeled.

No matter what, you had to go up or down a half flight of stairs when using the elevator.

Good location and lovely balcony with views of the Matterhorn. Shared bathroom needed updating. Hand held shower was poor. No kettles in rooms or w en in the guest lounge area which was a real shame.
