"Heerlijk verblijf gehad in schone en royale accommodatie. Echte aanrader!"

Het appartement was erg ruim en heel schoon. De keuken was groot en had meer dan voldoende opbergmogelijkheden. De wasmachine en droger waren ideaal en de master-bedroom met ensuite badkamer was royaal en schoon. Heel fijn. De locatie was goed. Niet heel ideaal om lopend te bereiken met koffers vanaf het station, maar we hebben ons gered. De afstand tot het centrum was wel super goed!

Dat, ook al was onze kamer al schoon en klaar, we toch niet gratis 50 min. eerder naar binnen mochten. Dan hadden we moeten bij betalen. Dat hebben we niet gedaan. Verder geen dingen die tegenvielen. Alles was top.

"WARNING: they may cancel your room the day before your stay"

I had a reservation. I prepaid. They canceled the day before check-in!!! Because it isn't a regular hotel, they didn't have the requirement to find me a comparable room. (Read Sonder's fine print.) On one hand I was lucky because I was able to find a room at a nearby hotel, but on the hand, it cost me 2.5 times more!!! Sonder will not reimburse me the difference. Unbelievable. My guess is this doesn't happen often but if you really, really, really, need your room, stick with a regular hotel because they guarantee you a room or if by some chance they are overbooked, they are required to find your a comparable room at the same rate. Sonder doesn't. Even though Sonder is "By Marriott Bonvoy", it doesn't protect you.

"Cama no muy cómoda y falta de instrucciones para uso de regadera."

Ubicación y mucho espacio, es un apartamento.

Cama incomoda en una orilla, el colchón vencido, pero en el centro mejoraba. Faltó informacion sobre como hacer funcionar la regadera, parece obvio, pero no todas se accionan igual.
