"Very Good"

The staff were really friendly and accommodating.

The kitchen is not sufficiently equipped. Juniper street is a depressing location with so many homeless people.

"Fantastic stay - great location, super roomy, just wow!"

This was a PHENOMENAL place to stay! WOW! I chose this location because it was close to the convention center, and it was simply perfect. It was such an incredible value - for a 2BR apartment, I paid less than I would have paid for 2 hotel rooms for myself and a colleague. It was so well appointed - I relaxed in the living room and could truly imagine LIVING in this place! The bedrooms were really spacious, the dining and living room were as well, and there was a fully functional kitchen. It's close to literally everything. While you cannot punch your code into your room door until literal check-in time, it does allow you to enter the lobby so you have a place to wait until check-in. There are staff at the front desk who are super friendly, and there were other staff cleaning every time I ventured out. I have other conferences in Philadelphia, and I am cancelling my other reservations to stay exclusively in the Sonder.

The location was great. It had a washing machine so great to be able to catch up on laundry. The apartment was a good size.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and the sheets need replacing. They didn't fit the bed properly and they were ripped. The apartment was very bland and basic.

Fenêtres donnaient sur une cour intérieure et on était dans l’obscurité. Obligé d’allumer les lumières constamment. Ok pour un court séjour…

It had a washer and dryer

It was run down. No cable tv only roku. Location was in a rough spot. Lots of people harassing for money in street. No spot to pull up in front of the hotel.

"Very cozy apartment with washing and drying machine for a long stay"

Location is very close to the train station and the Convention Centre. Since it is close to other restaurants, the apartment provided earplugs to sleep well. We did not have to use the earplugs, though we realised that Saturday evening was slightly noisy until late at night. Tram stop was just 2 min away and very convenient.

Muy buena ubicación y prestaciones. Muy limpio y equipado.

Lamentablemente hubo un ruido ambas noche que fue muy molesto para dormir , quizás un compresor o algun motor de ascensores.

Très beau batiment, belles chambres bien équipées.

Beaucoup de bruit aux alentours mais avec les bouchons d'oreille distribués nous avons tous très bien dormi!
