Great room with a spacious living room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms, 2 restrooms with ahower and a bathtub.

Very noisy from the street, busy area, no parking at the hotel but very nearby (not related to the hotel, you have to pay)

Their was an issue with my credit card. They sent an email giving me two hours". Did not have a chance to even see email before arriving to hotel to find they canceled me and had no rooms. Had to find another property with luggage in hand. Horrible experience.

The view was great. The size of the space was nice. The bed was large. The ear plugs were a nice touch as was the white noise machine. The storage was nice. The kitchen was roomy and the fridge space was good. The was a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. There were a lot of pillows. There was an HDMI cable available to use.

The curtains allowed a lot of light into the bedroom. It was very noisy from the outside as the windows did not fully seal. The air conditioner was very loud. The shower was the only faucet that slightly heated the water up our whole trip. Neither of the sinks ever produced warm water. Not even luke warm. The pillows had nothing to them. They were very soft and had no neck support. The room door locks automatically behind you, but the door plate seemed to be misaligned as the door needed to be shut a few times and messed with before it would link up and fully close. The staff greeted me once the whole trip after check in and stayed mostly to themselves. An email was sent out by Sonder about door codes being shared by guests with non-guests during my stay. There were hobos on the corner of the street the hotel entrance is on that stayed camped there the whole time.

No luggage storage available. All lockers were either taken or broken. Not having luggage storage for before check in or after check out is a deal breaker. We will not be back for this reason.

We booked Sonder The Witherspoon Oct 4-7, 2025 to go to the Phillies NLDS games and the Eagles game. After checking in Saturday at 4 pm, found out there was no hot water, building wide, so no showers to get off the shower grunge that evening not the next day. Asked for a discount refunded to my cc, was offered $50 as a credit. That's insulting. So noisy outside, the windows and walls were like paper, we slept quite badly. Not a good experience.

Booked months in advance with Sonders. Several hours before my reservation they canceled it without a reason. I had to call customer service and they stated they were overbooked and did nothing to help me find a new room. Several hours later got an email stating they had to cancel cause of maintenance issues. Not sure which it was but is very disappointing.
