the apartment was a fantastic size, the laundry facilities were a grand bonus after travelling for a week. the items provided in the kitchen were quite basic and could be improved upon or else a central point for kitchen items such as oils or salt etc could be provided as no one wants to buy these sort of small items when travelling.

the windows werent fantastic so the noise overnight was a little loud at times, i would avoid if you were a light sleeper.

I'll start off but staying the staff was very friendly, responsive, and clearly trying to do their best with a mismanaged, poorly thought out, under-resourced property. STAY AWAY! We were a family of four (Two parents, two children under 5). We selected the sender because of the 1br setup, giving us a little more room with two children. Little did we know, this hotel is anything but family friendly Getting into the hotel was a pain. The entrance is on a one lane street, so you can't offload bags from a car without blocking traffic. As anyone who travels with kids knows, you need a LOT of bags. We got into the room and the microwave was broken - just spun without heating anything and flashed "Needs service." They don't have a mechanic on site. The guy came the next day - but didn't actually fix anything. We had a broken microwave during the whole trip. We rented a pack and play and the first one the staff brought us had a poop / puke stain. The staff was gracious enough to get us another one from a different property. Beds / pillows were uncomfortable. No extra pillows for sofa bed. But the Noise. HOLY CRAP! We walk in and immediately knew we were in trouble when we saw earplugs on every table. It sounds like Mardi Gras outside. The windows are paper thin and you can head every honk, live band, DJ, EDM or Hip-Hop track played at every bar for a three block radius as if it were in the room next door. There was a band that STARTED playing at 10PM and didn't stop til 2AM. All I heard were drum riffs for half the night. I'm a pretty frequent traveler - I've actually stayed at three other hotels in the same neighborhood over the last few years. Two years ago we stayed at a Airbnb in Miami Beach above essentially a night club during New Years Eve. This was worse. Also legit just wanted to keep my bags in the room and ask for a late checkout so we could get some time in the city before having to drive. That was denied (which given my travel status, I don't ever recall that happening at another Bonvoy hotel) Knowing what I know, I have not idea why anyone would stay here. If you have a family and need extra space or want an extended stay - you're better off at the Residence Inn a few blocks away. If you're with a group of friends, solo, or a couple - you should stay at almost any other hotel in center city. Lesson learned - never stay at a Sonder again. This place needs major changes or Bonvoy should part ways with the brand.

I’m super happy — the hotel meets all my expectations. Everything works perfectly.

Appartement avec chambre séparée, cuisine équipée, salon T V et SDB : 40m2, propre et moderne. Surtout extrêmement bien placé en plein centre avec restos à 100m. Locaux récents et modernes, accueil sympa et attentionné.

the AC/heating or ventilations system is so loud in the room that every time it goes on we woke up. its terrible. the rooms is like a soulless, cold and uninteresting room. i will never stay at the Sonders again. it also smelled of other people which indicates its not cleaned properly

Fenster sind recht dünn und man hört alles von der Strasse.
