It was very clean. Full kitchen, especially washer & dryer.

The apart.ent was easy to find and conveniently located near Walnut street and the city centre sights including city hall. It's on a side street (Juniper st) which meant it was largely quiet at night. Bed is comfy.

The apartment was not as well appointed as what you see in the photos. Communual corridor was run down.. Some small things didn't really work (e.g., bathroom door was jammed and didn't close completely, wardrobe doors creeky also didn't close, soap dispensers not working properly). The air conditioner was also extremely loud when it was set yo automatically blow out air so you can't sleep with that on. Luckily it wasn't too hot so we just switched the whole thing off.

disapointed with our recent stay at the Sonder Witherspoon in Philly. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Location was fine, but the unit had only one TV located in the living room, and there was no local television stations available to check weather, local news etc. Guests are required to use their own streaming services to use the TV. Also shower gel provided, but no waschcloths. Service is basically non existent. we were directed to the housekeeping "closet" for towels etc, but alas no washcloths were available in the closet. Booked this as a one off via Marriott, and when I complained to Marriott, they passed it along to Sonder who offered us a $100 credit to Sonder only. Really thought Marriott would stand behind their brand, but alas no.

Strongly recommend avoid this and all Sonders unless you'd like to have your hotel room cancelled the day before you arrive. I had booked a stay at this location more than 2 weeks in advance of a business trip. The day before I was to check in, mere hours before my cross-country flight departed, I received a generic email saying my booking had been cancelled. I then spent an hour on the phone, first with Marriott Bonvoy, then with Sonder directly. The call center agent told me she could not help me, saying that a refund of my original payment "should be enough". When I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, she said they were not reachable by phone. She told me they have no protocol for these situations. She told me I should respond to the generic reservations@sonder.com email and I would "maybe" get a reply (unsurprisingly, I did not). As one would expect, a last-minute hotel booking cost me much more than my original booking cost, and Sonder has made no good faith effort whatsoever to address this situation. All in all, stick with a regular hotel - the chance of this happening again with no customer service on the other end is not worth it.

Great location. I was in a one bedroom apartment. It was really good to have a bedroom door to close against any potential hallway noise.

Everything was good

The location is awesome and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

The system to identify and receive confirmation for the booking was inconvenient (it's in addition to the one in booking.com). The bed in the room was fine, but the sofa, not great.
