Americana Condos 10th street

Very spacious , close walk to beach and boardwalk….

Kitchen amenities , could be a little more pots,pans, a toaster etc … Price, was fairly steep compared to surrounding comps

Spacious, big rooms

The floors were ceramic, our grandson had black knees from crawling on the floor. All of our socks were black on the bottom from walking on the floor. The master bedroom door had black fingerprints all around the doorknob and on the edge of door. The toilet paper was painful. The noise on Coastal Highway was unbearable. The elevator in the building was sketchy so we took the steps. No room darkening blinds or curtains. When the sun came up everyone woke up, it was daylight in the condo. From not having curtains the outside hallway light shined into two of the bedrooms making it almost impossible to sleep.

Spacious, exactly as described.

Washer didn’t work, no spinner. Only one parking spot when lot was barely used.

Plenty of room and that it had washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable.

Because it had a kitchen it would be nice to have a "starter" package of dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels or at least a dishrag! Had some issues with check in which wasn't really their fault,. It was a problem between them and Booking.com. The rate was different from what I was getting Booking and what they had. Also I had a "new" Credit card because mine expired (and when this happens you get a new card #) from when I put deposit down and it was a BIG issue because I didn't have the same card the deposit was done with and apparently that's a requirement.

The property was clean and spacious. It looked just like the pictures.

We could have used more than the one TV
