Americana Condos 10th street

I loved that there was a washer and dryer and dishwasher perfect for our large family. It was down the side street but very short walk to boardwalk. Great place kids loved indoor pool perfect for April. All in all great place especially for a larger brood very clean one of the nicest places we have stayed over the years. Highly recommend looking forward to going back.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location was convenient. These were the only two positive things.

The first condo given to us had dead roaches in and on top of the fridge, one crawling across the kitchen counter, and another dead one in the laundry room. On top of that, it was only 50 degrees in the condo (this was in December). When I called the front desk, they had someone come up to the condo to offer a new one. The staff person offered the condo right next door which I immediately declined. He said he had another on the first floor so I agreed to that one. That one looked cleaned so we stayed but also didn't feel like we had a choice considering it was now 9:00 at night. This condo was only 60 degrees when we arrived, went down 2 degrees, and then took 12 hours to raise to 68 degrees - needless to say we were freezing all night. This is something that could be easily handled by turning on the heat (or A/C in the summer time) a couple hours before check-in time to ensure a comfortable stay. Very disappointed in this condo and will NOT return.

Location was perfect , very spacious condo. We had issues with our door lock when checking in , maintenance was there immediately to help . When he realized it would be awhile to fix we were upgraded to another room . Excellent staff, happy and helpful!

Floors are very slippery when wet , bring slippers

Liked the convenience of the location to the boardwalk and beach. The beds were decently comfortable.

The place was very dirty when we arrived. Sheets didn't look like they were cleaned in the one bedroom. There was a shower curtain missing in the one bathroom. There was not a trashcan in the kitchen, only 1 small bathroom trashcan, so we had to resort to getting trash bags ourselves and hanging them from doors. There were bugs EVERYWHERE. We killed probably 10+ roach looking bugs. Another major issue is I was told they don't provide extra towels to the condos, they told us we had to do our own laundry with our own detergent.
