Americana Condos 10th street

I was expecting two bunk beds because that's what we had before, and I only got one this time. This made sleeping arrangements a little difficult with kids who do not want to share a bed.

Condo spacious and clean and had any and everything you needed in the condo

We had to pay an additional $10 a day to park in Americana condo parking lot. I can not understand why they charge for parking at the property we prebooked and paid for - to stay on vacation

Just no toilet paper when we arrived, but staff fixed it with no issues

Location is good. Parking available underneath (see more under didn't like). Size of space is great. The pool. The outside deck.

Beds are really hard. The space could use some TLC- Sagging dressers, the kitchen table is wobbly, blinds cracked, balcony doors - 1 doesn't work, the other won't latch.. water pressure is horrible. No dish soap or anything available. The tv has a black line down the 1 side of the screen.. door on 1 bedroom doesn't fit frame and is literally pulling the vinyl and making a smack sound when opening and closing.. Had to pay for parking even though it says included on the booking.

We stayed at Americana condo, and it was a terrible experience. At first, when we walked in, we were excited—the house looked big and spacious. But that feeling quickly disappeared when we saw how dirty everything was. The floors were filthy, and the blankets and sheets were absolutely disgusting. It was already very late, so some of us had to sleep in our cars, while others bought new sheets just to get through the night. We were stressed and full of anxiety. Eventually, our reservation was for 2 nights but we decided to leave early . The moment we returned the keys, they showed up immediately and stood over us like guards, pressuring us to leave right away—even with kids present. It was disturbing, unprofessional, and traumatizing, especially for our children. What was supposed to be a happy vacation turned into a nightmare. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

No lamps in the rooms no hangers and the big one no Televisions in any of the rooms
