Great space for 12 people!

The smell in the elevator and Paying for parking, 12 people and only one space given underneath property

I loved the space the condo provides. We were comfortable and didn’t feel crowded at all. The location is perfect, just a couple blocks from the boardwalk and beach, short distance from all of our favorite spots. I like the ice-maker in the fridge, very handy. Loved the balcony, the rooftop space and the my family loves the pool. The dishes and dishwasher came in handy as well.

There were 7 people in my group and we didn’t come in one car. But there was only one parking spot included in a rental that can accommodate 12+ people, it makes no sense. If we wanted to park with the property, the other option was a parking lot 11 blocks away, which is crazy. Thankfully, there was street parking for the second car. The floors were really dirty, the evidence was how dirty our socks were on the first day. A handheld shower would be great in the bathroom of the master bedroom.

Didn't eat there breakfast

The toilet could of been higher.more cook ware in kitchen and the chair lift in the pool didn't work.and I got charged for parking when it said in my total price it was included..to much traffic no ocean view

The condo had plenty of room for my family to come and go. The full kitchen was a major plus! The on site pool and sun deck were a major plus! This was huge for OC

Don"t forget to bring dish soap, dish washer and washer detergent. A broom would have been helpful. A king bed would have been a real plus.
