Americana Condos 10th street

Room was clean. No utensils, dish soap, body wash, paper towels or toilet paper as stated. Charged 10 per day for each car. Only 1 spot available insight and other spots were 10 blocks away! Staff was rude and not accommodating at check in.

Spacious!! Easy parking! Super close to the boardwalk!

There wasn’t any spare trash bags. Especially with a lot of people.

The location and the condo was very spacious.

The floors in the room were very dirty. Some difficultly for my son checking in. I called the day before and was on the phone 45 minutes to have him be able to check and he still had problems when he got there.

Value was good. Staff was friendly and patient. I had an issue at check-in (regarding how i booked not because of them) and they were very patient and helpful. They were helpful when I called ahead with questions a couple of times as well.

Having to park our second car at their other lot and there were a lot of empty spaces, likely due to the weather wasn't great. But we did know that we had to before we got there. It just wasn't optimal.

Close enough to the boardwalk. Plenty of room inside. Beds were comfortable.

Mold on the ceilings, dirty floors, made to pay for parking despite reservation saying it's included. Broken security lock on door. No kitchen towels or soap. Outside of the condo was very dirty. Lots of air freshener to cover up mold smells. Kitchen doesn't provide everything you would need like most rentals. No toaster, cutting board, wine glasses and such. Only one tv to share with only seating for 5. No table on balcony.
