location was great condo was big

key didn't work when we got there it was so cold and door to get in was outside had to get back in car go back to desk but with that being said they fixed right away

Great property to stay with the whole family, super clean and comfortable . Condo has everything for a good stay

Staff were not helpful when it comes to the parking situation there’s an extra $10 fee per night only one parking spot at the place and in our case we rented a whole condo for 14 people we were expecting at least two parking spots , second car had to stay 10 blocks from the property even tho there were tons of parking sports there manager basically told us that we could cancel and look somewhere else but he couldn’t do anything

The location. It's within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The shower curtain was dirty, the bed sheets were stained, there was no garbage can in the kitchen. The kitchen was dusty, the oven full of bread crumbs. The exit to the elevator was a fire hazard; there was hardly any space to get out of the building. We left some pictures in the apartment, contacted the front desk...apparently the pictures just miraculously vanished because they could not find them where they were left which is a place where the cleaning crew does not bother cleaning. This is our second time staying at this location. The first time we had a great experience, the apartment and building was nice and clean, this time it was completely opposite.

Parking, had 4 cars, only one spot at location, parking around building was half empty all 4 days, other spots were 10 blocks away

I liked the location of the property. It was within walking distance to the festival. I liked that it had 3 rooms.

The floors were disgusting. If you walked around barefoot, which my 2 year old did, your feet were black within minutes, There was crumbs and sand everywhere. The bath towels had stains on them. The front door is defective. You had to really slam it shut to get it to lock and had to really pull on it hard to get it open. My elderly mother couldnt open the door. Imagine if she was in there by herself and had to get out for an emergency, she wouldnt have been able to. The batteries to the door lock died while we were out so when we came back the door was unlocked, anyone could have just walked into the condo and taken our things.
