We stayed in the Gold section which has concierge lounge that is outstanding. The remainder of the hotel property was exceptionally crowded to the point that there were no dining options on site the entire week we were there. Considering the price paid and that there were very few walkable off site options we did not feel this venue was a good value at all.

We had an amazing time! The resort was fabulous - location was amazing, the food spectacular (especially in the Gold Lounge) and the staff super attentive. We will definitely be back!

"Service went down but price went much higher."

Service went down but price went much higher. I got a garbage can on the top of my sink counter in the bathroom. I guess they are running shortage of labour. We went here almost every other year. The room now is almost $1500 per night for 2 people can't believe the service is not as good as before.

Absolutely one of the best vacation stays I have ever had. The Gold experience is worth every penny. I will be back for another week in the Gold Junior Suite as soon as I can. This was a 5 star hotel experience. LOVED IT!!!

This is one of the best places I have been. The only negative was portabello grill. The food was mediocre and the service was no way near the level of the other restaurants in the Fairmont.

Property very nice. Negotiating to upgrade to a better room witch very very difficult,The 11th floor gold room 1141 i wanted and was willing to pay the difference they still didn't want to comply, even though it was still available and wanted to charge me $800 plus more because it was a joining witch was across the hallway ? after a long debate the manager finally agreed to let me have the one room instead of two for $350 per night extra. If i the customer didn't persist it wouldn't have happened. Anyways just a long hassle that didn't need to happen and could have been resolved in 2 minutes 🤔 thankyou Mike 👍
