Golden Nugget Cripple Creek

I liked that it was easy to access, parking was plentiful, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn't like that there wasn't a laundry facility or pool/hot tub on site, and the coffee options were limited to the pack in the room with powdered creamer.

The bed was horrible. Very hard to sleep on. Extra firm. Had a bad nights sleep. The sheets with a comforter in between like a duvee but not. Sheets pulled so tight that all had to be untucked. The cooler had 2 different settings it kept coming off an on till it was changed in middle of the night. Shower was awesome. Tv remote hard to use kept going to Lassie from 1950. Pillows on bed too small for a large bed

We checked out a day early. Our toilet didn’t work..We weren't offered another room.

Our stay was great. Room was small (king standard) but nice. Everything new, clean, shiny. Mini frig, coffee maker & coffee. The casino is right across the driveway. Apparently there is a sister property, which is a few miles out of town. So be careful when you are booking, if you want to be next to the casino.

Was clean and bed was good shower was nice. We had a king bed and it seemed more like a queen. And the room was tiny.

Property was great! Very clean and staff was great. My only request would be for them to provide coffee in the lobby.

I was pleasantly surprised with the condition of the property. It looked like it had been recently renovated. There really aren’t a lot of food options on property. There is a snack bar at the casino or a steak restaurant. A breakfast buffet on site would go a long way. The Main Street is close enough but it is down a steep hill so driving is still a better option.

Clean, modern and the restaurant in the casino is good

The rooms were nice and the front desk very kind and helpful. The soap dispensers were empty and the water pressure low for showers.
