USFront desk personnel Tuscar was very kind and nice to assist with upgrade to our hotel stay in mid May. He was professional and made our stay pleasant. He and the bell man were excellent in getting us taxi transportation for early morning flight.

GBCALocation is amazing, always love the atmosphere of a fairmont property.
The amenities such as restaurants and lounges arenโt near as good as other fairmont properties. You only have the option of one location and when we were there it was fully booked with outside guests so we couldnโt use the amenities. We were shocked to know that they do not leave seating for their hotel guests.
