AUAUStaff service was excellent. We had a very nice room on a high floor, therefore had access to the Gold Executive lounge. Our room was very spacious.

Two areas for improvement - firstly, the pool was really cold, like Baltic cold! Secondly, one of the bar staff - the concierge - was pretty rude, the people on the table next to us warned us in advance and they werenโt wrong. Maybe she was having a bad day! but she stood out amongst the other staff who were polite and approachable.
