Very nice staff at checkin

The cabin is very outdated and in bad need up remodel. I know that is being started in other cabins. Ours had a steep drive way and entrance making it difficult. Tv connection was horrible. WiFi sub standard. Just wasn’t what we hoped for but we didn’t report to office during stay. If we had seen the cabins we wouldn’t have booked.

"Peaceful/Relaxing getaway"

I absolutely loved the loft area it had 2 twin beds in the area. Quiet and relaxing. The staff was friendly.

We made it work, but there was limited cookware.

The property is in such a beautiful location surrounded by nature!! 100% good for the soul!!

There is much I didn’t like about the property outside of so many stairs, but that goes with the territory being in the mountains!! 🤪

Great place, near a few hikes and the trails inside Big Canoe are phenomenal as well. We even had a little snow! I wish the wellness center wasn’t $20/day so I could have used it daily. But that’s not the rentals, it’s big canoe pricing.

Beautiful property. Long drive into the facility that is very curvy which makes it a very private stay. The villas are a little dated but very clean and lots of room for family to have their own space. We will definitely be staying here again.
